Privacy Policy for Võrumaa Nutimängud iOS Application

Which Data We Collect

In order to make the service possible, we collect the following required information in-app:

1. First name.
2. Last name.
3. Gender.
4. Birth year.
5. Municipality.

We collect the following optional information, should the user provide it:

1. SI card number.
2. Club.
3. Team.
4. School or kindergarten.

We collect this data in order to show it on the results page of the sporting event series ‘Võrumaa mängud’: https://tak-soft.com/msm

We do not collect this data automatically without user knowledge: the user has to enter this data themselves in-app.

Third Party Services/SDKs

We use the following third party services and SDKs:

1. Alamofire: https://github.com/Alamofire/Alamofire – for making HTTP requests.
2. https://tak-soft.com/msm/ – for showing statistics and results of the sporting event series ‘Võrumaa mängud’.

All third party services/SDKs provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this privacy policy.

Data Retention Policy

We keep the data indefinitely in order to leave the service available. However, if a user wishes to revoke their consent or remove their data:

1. In-app: they can delete the Võrumaa Nutimängud application from the device, after which all the in-app data will be deleted.
2. On-server: they can e-mail developer@winningtime.ee and request for deletion of their user data.
